Nadia VanderKuip

Director of Vocational Counseling

Nadia, a former UrbanPromise Camden intern and founder of UrbanPromise Vancouver, returned to the UPI family as Director of Vocational Counseling to guide and strengthen our fellowship program.

Nadia served as a youth pastor in Vancouver’s inner city for 10 years before moving on to work with the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada as their Short-Term Missions Director. Prior to coming back to UPI, she worked as the Marketing and Communications Director for a seminary in Vancouver. Nadia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education from Northwest Baptist Theological College in British Columbia, Canada, and a Master of Divinity Degree from Carey Theological College in B.C., Canada.

Using her experience as one of UPI’s first “unofficial” fellows and her subsequent ministry experience and graduate education, Nadia continues to develop our vocational and fellowship programs.
